Yoga in the workplace is a wellness benefit that can relieve stress while increasing work performance. This on-site class offers basic yoga instruction with a focus on improving posture for greater ease and comfort throughout the workday. These yoga postures, suitable for every-body, are combined with simple breathing and relaxation techniques that allow the individual to return to work with a calm focused energy. While the participants enjoy the benefits of this one-hour "stress break", they leave with "relaxation and coping tools" to use as needed.
