Balance & Bliss herbal tea blends are designed to balance the influence of the Doshas (dynamic forces of nature and your body/mind constitution). The Kapha Herbal Tea Blend has energizing and warming qualities. This is a loose tea sold in a 32 oz. glass jar. You will need a tea ball or strainer for steeping.

Ingredients: Cardomom, Cinnamon, Ginger, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Clove, Lemongrass, Krishna Tulsi, Rosemary, Juniper Berries, Peppermint, Rose Petals.

Directions: Steep 1 teaspoon of herbal blend in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 - 15 minutes. Sip slowly, beathe deeply and ENJOY!
