The Tri-Doshic Herbal Tea Blend has balancing qualities. This is a loose tea sold in a 16 oz. glass jar. You will need a tea ball or strainer for steeping.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Cinnamon, Coriander, Fennel, Gotu Kola, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Rose Petal, Sarsparilla.

Directions: Steep 1 teaspoon of herbal blend in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 - 15 minutes. Sip slowly, beathe deeply and ENJOY!
